Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service for Knight Kitten AI at knightkittenai.com. It applies to prompts, reference uploads, generated portraits, videos, soundtracks and use of the service.
Content standards and prohibited categories
Do not request, upload, generate or distribute any of the following through this service. Attempts to bypass the safeguards are also prohibited.
- Pornography or NSFW material: explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of people or animals.
- Violence or gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, animal cruelty, threats, or encouragement of terrorism or real-world violence. A harmless fantasy knight carrying a sword is permitted; graphic attacks and injuries are not.
- Hate speech: dehumanization, discriminatory abuse, extremist propaganda, or attacks on people because of protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation or other content that endangers children. This includes fictional or AI-generated depictions. Human reference photographs are not supported.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, or depicting a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do. This restriction applies even when someone claims consent. Do not impersonate celebrities, public figures, other people or organizations.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: using protected characters, artwork, music, brand marks or other material without the necessary rights, or creating misleading brand endorsements. Owning a credit pack does not grant rights in third-party material.
Fraud, privacy violations, illegal activity, spam and attempts to defeat moderation are prohibited. Only submit animal photos that you own or have permission to process. Do not upload photographs or voice recordings of real people, identity documents, confidential information or third-party material you are not authorized to use. Consent to an upload does not override these content rules.
How content is reviewed
Live generation uses server-side checks before sending a request to the generation models. Prompts are checked against our prohibited-request rules, and prompts and reference images are screened using omni-moderation-latest through APIMart. An additional gpt-4o-mini image check rejects reference photos with a visible human or no visible animal. Requests rejected by these checks do not start generation or deduct generation credits. If the check cannot complete, the request is held back rather than treated as approved.
Generated portraits are screened before they are used for animation. Before a finished video is released for viewing or download, selected frames are extracted and screened. Flagged output is withheld; a failed job returns its generation credits once under our failure policy. Frame sampling is not inspection of every video frame, and these checks do not establish ownership of intellectual property or guarantee that every violation will be detected.
We record moderation decisions, the checking model, time, stage, job reference and flagged categories in restricted operational logs and, for accepted jobs, their job records. Uploaded images and full prompts are not written to analytics events or moderation console logs. The Privacy Policy describes provider processing and record handling.
The Knight Kitten AI operator manually reviews user reports and suspected abuse, including relevant prompts, affected media and available moderation records. Reviews may result in a request for more context or rights information. New abuse patterns and mistaken decisions are used to update the prohibited-request rules. We do not operate a public user gallery, promise review of every generation by a person, or claim round-the-clock human monitoring.
Report content or abuse
Email [email protected] with the subject Content safety report, or use the reporting instructions. You can report your own output, a shared Knight Kitten AI video, suspected impersonation, infringement or misuse of an account. A generation result also includes a report link.
Include the job ID or content URL when available, the category of concern, why the content violates this policy and a contact address for follow-up. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the original work or mark and your relationship to its owner. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or illegal imagery. For suspected child exploitation, send a reference and description rather than attaching or redistributing the material.
We prioritize reports involving child safety, exploitation, threats and serious harm. The operator assesses the report, checks the available evidence, takes an appropriate action and replies when possible. More complex cases may require additional information. We do not promise a fixed response time or absolute confidentiality; relevant information may need to be shared with service providers or authorities where legally required.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and repeat behavior, we may reject a generation, withhold or remove affected content, warn the user, or temporarily or permanently restrict account access. We may preserve relevant records and make legally required disclosures. Restrictions may be applied promptly to protect users while a report is reviewed. Credit balances and payment refunds are handled under the Terms of Service and applicable law; this policy does not create an automatic forfeiture of purchased credits.
Appeal a decision
If you believe a content or account decision was mistaken, email [email protected] with the subject Content safety appeal, the job or account reference and relevant context. The operator reviews the decision and may uphold, change or reverse it. Do not resubmit prohibited material while an appeal is pending.
